This post is long overdue, but late is better than never! We had a GREAT Thanksgiving. While we weren't able to spend the holiday with our family back in Utah, we did get to spend it with our east-coast family away from family. The Madrishin's hosted a fantastic dinner. Thank you! We had TWO turkeys. The Carlsons fried a turkey, and the Madrishins baked one. Both were OH SO YUMMY! There was an abundance of food. Among a handful of other things, I made my first apple pie. Not only did it look good, but it tasted delicious too!
The kids all had a blast. They were able to be wild and crazy together in the basement. The perfect holiday.
We have so much to be thankful for.
