Great Wolf Lodge

We have been lucky enough to have Scott's parents visiting us from Utah since the 14th. We took a quick over night trip to Williamsburg, VA to stay at the Great Wolf Lodge last weekend. SO MUCH FUN! We've heard from others that it is a fun place to stay, and I did some research online. It was a blast! Worth every penny. We can't wait to go back!

For some reason, when we checked in, they automatically upgraded us to their second largest suite. What a nice treat that was! We originally planned to all stay in a room with two queens and a hide-away for Kyle. The room they gave us had two fulls, a hide-a-way, AND a whole additional room with a king sized bed. We obviously gave the king bed to Scott's parents. It made the stay way more comfortable than it otherwise would have been.

The water park was great. Kyle was big enough to ride all but one of the slides. We rode and swam to our heart's content. They keep the water and air temperature inside the water park at a comfortable 84 degrees, so Colby was even happy playing in the water.
