Visitors from Utah!

Scott's parents, Monte and Sherry - a.k.a. Grandpa and Grandma, left for home on Monday after a wonderful visit. We had such an enjoyable time, it was unbelieveable! We didn't necessarily do a ton of busy touristy things, just mainly enjoyed eachothers company and had a good time doing so. We were able to enjoy the Cherry Blossom Festival one afternoon, and we drove down to Winston-Salem, NC for Easter weekend (to spend it with Sherry's sister's family who recently moved there from Washington state.)

We put Scott's dad, Monte, to work while he was here. He helped us to get some suspended shelving and a workbench constructed in the garage. We can't wait to get it all organized! Our goal is to have the garage all cleaned out by the end of the week!

Kyle learned a few fun things during their trip...

Bumpa = Grandpa
Gama = Grandpa
we we we = The fifth piggie when playing five little piggies on his toes!
Nana (sounds like nay-nay) = Our cousin in NC, Natalie
KC = KC or Kevion or other cousin in NC
Egggg = egg (refencing our easter egg hunt)

I am sure there were other things... but these were by far the cutest!

I'm glad you had a nice visit with your in-laws. I love putting my stepfather-in-law to work when he comes to my house! Kyle will love the Egg Roll next year.

Kyle sure does look sharp in his Easter outfit! I'm glad you had fun with your in-laws. Next year, we should go to the Easter egg roll together...that would be fun!

How fun! Isn't it nice to have visitors instead of always doing the visiting?
