It was crazy and messy, but loads of fun. Everyone worked really hard, got plenty of paint on them, and made a mess, but our mission was accomplished! The basement is primed. (The benefit of finishing painting before carpet goes down is that the kids can help and drips on the floors don't matter!)Kyle got himself pretty good when his paint brush broke. He thought he needed to cry at first, but then we got him giggling and it was all good!
I can't wait for everything to be done. I'm excited to have the toys in a central location and all my craft stuff in one place...that place not being the dining room!

How great that you had so much help! You got so much accomplished! I hope to finish our basement someday - I'd love to be able to move the play room out of sight!:)
Hooray. Total completion of the job is wonderful but the little successes along the way are really great. Progress with the help of others is super too. Excited for you all & this baby coming your way soon. Good luck with it all!
